If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. We recommend checking your order carefully upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order details and, if possible, photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and offer the most appropriate solution.
Returned items should be sent back in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories included.
For hygiene and product protection reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been worn, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.
Shipping charges, cash on delivery fees, and any other service-related charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side or a confirmed defective item.
The website currently states the following shipping information: orders over €70 qualify for free shipping; orders under €70 have a €3.00 shipping cost for parcels up to 2 kg; remote areas may be charged €6.00; and cash on delivery adds €2.50. The site also states that free in-store pickup is available from Sidirokastro, Eleftheriou Venizelou 14.
