Dimitris Palahanis

Our story began in 1952, when Mr. Dimitros started working as a skilled watch repairman in a small workshop located in the central square of Sidirokastro. Through years of dedication and high-quality craftsmanship, his repair workshop gradually evolved into a retail store offering watches and fine jewelry.

In 1963, his wife Mimika (Maria Palahanis) joined the business, marking an important milestone as the first woman merchant to work in the local market. Her involvement brought new energy and vision to the store.

After Dimitros’ passing in 1979, Mimika continued to run the jewelry store on her own. In 1983, the business relocated to its current address, where it continues to operate today. Thanks to her strong entrepreneurial spirit, the store flourished and earned a respected place in the local market — a legacy that continues to shape our values and identity.

STASA

After 1993, the business was passed on to its current owner, Alexandra Tsantouli–Stasa, who brought renewed energy to the company through fresh ideas and an expanded product range, while continuing the successful commercial path established by previous generations.

Today, with optimism and a clear vision for the future, the business has renovated its space and expanded into the online market, embracing the evolving commercial and consumer habits of our time. Our goal is to continue the 70-year legacy of our family business with the same dedication, quality, and respect for craftsmanship.
